Refund Policy
Last reviewed: August 19, 2026
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with DockBOL Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked, no usage conditions, and no penalty for having used the features.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle order receipt email. You can also contact us and we will help route the request — see below.
Paddle’s handling of refund requests is described in Paddle’s Refund Policy. Where Paddle’s process and this page differ, the more favorable option to you applies within the 30-day window.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is completed, your workspace returns to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted — saved BOLs, templates, and address-book records remain in your workspace, and Pro-only features (branding, batch generation, multi-stop, team sharing) become unavailable until you resubscribe. Documents already downloaded remain yours.
Renewals
The 30-day guarantee applies to each charge, including subscription renewals. If you did not intend to renew, request a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge. To stop future renewals, cancel the subscription in Settings → Billing or via the Paddle customer portal link in your receipt — cancellation stops future charges and keeps Pro active until the paid period ends.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Questions
You can reach us at [email protected] with questions about these policies. For the fastest resolution of a specific charge, include the Paddle order number from your receipt email.
